Optus ADSL2 Dead

Post by sykdup » Mon Jan 07, 2008 7:19 pm

I'm unable to authenticate and looking at the MRTG graphs there is something wrong as there has been no traffic on the Optus link for over 30mins.

Anyone from Exetel have an estimate for when this will be fixed... thanks

No because I don't want to disconnect my dialup to make a phone call. Have been trying to reach http://helpdesk.exetel.com.au/ to log a ticket but it times out

Hi guys

Just logged in with dial-up - my ADSL2 service is down too so I just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me :D

Be assured that Exetel will be doing all they can to rectify whatever the issue is. In the meantime ... take the dog for a walk :D

Cheers

Mine was off for about 40 mins.
No PPP.
It's back now. Was there a problem?
