was playing wow when I got disconnected

my internet is fine i can browse ,download etc

their trouble shooting suggested running a tracert and here is the output

I have the same problem.

I asked a friend on a diff ISP and he can log in and out (not saying it is Exetel, just saying some ppl are not having the problem)

I think it is related to this problem:

When the Optus BGP session went down, it is quite possible traffic was black holed - that is, Exetel networks still announced via Optus to their peers, but unable to deliver it to its destination.
