I am presently on the TELK plan and was thinking about upgrading to the TELL plan. When I went to upgrade it initially stated that the download limit was 36 peak 48 offpeak but the next page said 36peak 40 offpeak. Which is it?

Also, at the end of the month when the downloads change over, at what time do they start. I assume that they start at 12.00 midnight daylight saving time. My download at this time was 400 meg over allowance. My offpeak was only half my allowance. I was annoyed because I started my download at this time and recieved a $6 extra charge.

My plan expires soon and I need to know so that I can decide on staying with exetel or finding a new carrier.

The plan confirmation page is incorrect.

48Gb is the correct allowance from now on, the 40Gb is in error.

Also, the off-peak is based on midnight to midday Sydney time. Brisbane and Queensland maintain Eastern Standard Time all year round so you may be an hour out in the times that you are using because of Daylight Savings
