ADSL2 Speed dropped to < 250kbs was between 1.5m - 2.5mbs

For at least the last two days my adsl2 speed has reduced to around what I used to get on adsl 256/56?

Exetel's speed test is consistently reporting only 150-300kbs.
Through the months I have been on adsl2 is usually get 1.5mb to 2.5mbs and occassionally upto 3mbs.

Modem stats are ...

Can someone help or check to see if my line has been changed?

Sorry - please disregard.

I powered off and on the modem and all is good.
Should or tried that first?

Getting 4mbs now from speed test.
