Game ping issue - advice needed

4294967268 = -28 (unsigned vs signed 32 bit number).

Google for negative ping and you will find references to dual-core AMD CPUs and also nForce Ethernet controllers.

Not sure if this is your problem but it gives you somewhere to start looking.

No, it is very much the same in-game; no noticable difference at all. I have removed NAV from the equation entirely. *shrug* Just a down-side of living in the West?
