Swapped modem now cannot connect. Help.

I have been running an OPT-D ADSL2 connection through an adsl 1 Netcomm modem.
I finally upgraded to an ADSL2 Modem (Billion 5200 Bipac ADSL2 + Router).
I cannot connect to the web using the new modem. Im getting the following warning when trying any page.

Access Dennied
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.
Your cache administrator is residentialsupport@exetel.com.au

"The settings on my router say that i've been assigned a 10.35.x.x password which according to the forums implies my password is incorrect, yet it's identical (cut and paste!) to the password I use to login to www.exetel.com.au. I even tried changing the password via the interface on the site but it keeps claiming my "old password is incorrect", when I just used that password to login to the site.

I've checked and found that you are definently blocked because of a username / password problem.
I have sent your username and password to the contact email address.

It looks like my pword had been reset.
Its connected now and working just fine :)
