It's possible that there are two issues getting confused because there are people on ADSL2+ unshaped having speed issues so some people may think they are still being shaped when in fact they are seeing a wider issue affecting unshaped users.

And another one, still shaped on non-exetel traffic it seems. Strange as it unshaped dead on midnight last night, then seem to reshape at midday today. Seems to be an issue with peak time limiting? be nice if I could listen to some music tonight ;-)

Any updates?

On a related matter, the user facilities says that I have downloaded 1324.71MB this off peak.
At 64kbps, the maximim I could've downloaded is:
64 x 1000 (to bits) x 60 (1 min) x 60 (1 hour) x 12 (12 hours) / 8 (to bytes) / 1000 (to KB) / 1000 (to MB) = 345.6 MB

TorrentFlux tells me "Month's Transfer: 863.54 MB" (MiB) which converted to Exetel MBs is 905.48731904 MB.
uTorrent tells me I've advanced 1% of a 30.7GiB torrent, 0.307GiB approx. Converted to Exetel MB is 329.638739968 MB.

Somehow someone's (either me or Exetel's or both) metering is out of tune or I've been downloading at an average of 3-4x the shaped speed even though I've only seen it go at the shaped speed.

Aggregate speeds of 65KiB/s now.
Still quite poor.

We identified an issue with the shaping release script that was due to run on the morning of the 1st, but was not completed. We have addressed the issue and all customers that where in the shaping pool have been released. The scripts have been updated to correctly run on the morning of the 1st of each month.
