 I got all excited then I remembered I changed my plan to the TELM. No goodies for me.

Are the lower 8k plans marked to get a small increase as well?

Fantastic surprise to receive. Thanks Exetel, well done, I have recommended you to 3 new customers and I will now point out that they have an increase in quota.
This has never happened to me in all my years. Great service....

Thanks, I thought I was going A little insane when I first noticed it (thought I hade the quota from my old ISP and this one mixed up). Glad to see that I am not insane and thanks for the increase :)

Nice, I've been expecting to be shaped, but after logging in & seeing the extra bandwidth available, it's a pleasant surprise :D

It's great to have that extra bit in reserve, never know when it will be needed. Thanks Exetel.

It's close to the end of the month so I was checking my downloads, and was surprised to see this when I logged in.
Thought it might be a typo, but checking here assures me it's true...very happy user..:)
Every month you seem to do something more to prove to me your the best ISP there is!

Nice but an email would have been nice, I only just noticed the increase (I use the Firefox usage meter, so I rarely check the usage page). I have subscribed to the changes and events forum now.

Emails were set to the people who subscribe to getting emails about plan changes and similar issues. Exetel discontinued emailing every customer more than a year ago - we got sick of the "stop spamming me" abuse emails.
