Upstream IP circuits need to be disconnected and reconnected.

Impact
======

There will be three or more outages of external Internet access of up to
20 min between 7am and 8:30am on Mon 6 Oct

Customers may lose some or all Internet access during
this time.

Customer circuits will not be disconnected. Internet access will
automatically resume when the work is complete.

The required work on the network core has been completed without incident.

Any customers still experiencing issues should powercycle the modems and report to residential support if further issues pursist.
