Freezing my service

Hello,

I intend to travel overseas for around 6 weeks. I will NOT be using neither my phone nor internet during that period. Is it possible for me to freeze my service for that period such that I do not have to pay for the service or maybe pay some smaller amount?

I am currently on the "INCPHONE A" plan and I am happy with the service and want to keep it. My contract will finish before my trip.

As you are already on INCPHONEA there is not a cheaper plan you could switch to. Exetel do not offer an account hold, as far as I know.

they do not, and i think very few companies would consider offering such a thing.

We cannot offer this, we still have to pay the port fees regardless of use.
