All ADSL1 customers including Tasmanian users can apply for these plans.

1) i sent my churn form in on the 06/08/09 for TL-BB (30/60GB, $60). Now that the current TL-BB (30/60GB, $55) has changed according to http://exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_new.php, will i be moved onto this plan saving me $5 with the same quota once september hits?

2) Also at the time i sent my form in the churn fees were $30 but now $0.00, what happens here?
1) You get the reduced monthly cost from 1/9//09

2) You pay the $30.00; the amount you agreed in the contract - if we had raised the churn charge to $50.00 (which we do from time to time) you would have still have paid $30.00

Hi, there is a typo on the new user ADSL page. Plan TL-BC is listed as $55, according to the email it should be $65.

Great value plans by the way. I'll be moving my parents from their TELH plan to the new TL-BA plan. For $2 more they get 100 free calls and more data.

Keep up the great work.

I'm on TELH, and have VoIP through Exetel as well.

I'd like to move to TL-BA, to gain the $10 VoIP credit. Do I have to indicate that my current VoIP number is to be credited? Or is it all automatic when I change plans, as it's all under the same account?

You don't have to indicate your VOIP number. The 100 VOIP Australian landline call credit is determined by ADSL plan. If you are on right plan, the credit will be automatically given.

I am currently on ADSL1 Tel J ($55 for 20gbs) which doesn't appear in the revised plans. Can I change to new plan TL BB, which is $55 for 30gbs, without charge as the speed is the same?
Cheers

TELx plans are grandfathered plans and I'm pretty sure they stay as current. The automatic adjustment would only apply for TL-xx plans. If you wish to switch to one of these new TL-xx plans you'll need to transfer via your member facilities.

TELH plan is $40 plus $3 Account Adminstration Charge = total $43 ......6GB/54 GB

New TL-BA plan is $45 total (no Admin charge) = total $45 ......12GB / 60 GB

is that correct

if it is worth $2 more :P for extra peak especially

I'm also on TELH and would like to know the answer to the above post. Also, how would I change the plan? When I go to the "Change my service" tab, it only shows ADSL2+ options, no ADSL options. :?

As well as the included 100 VOIP calls (worth up to $10 per month). No brainer it would appear.
