I have recently churned my Naked ADSL2 connection to Exetel.
Does Exetel notify the old (loosing) ISP of the churn when churning a Naked ADSL2 connection?
The reason I ask is that my old ISP has not received notification of the churn and want me to use their standard form to cancel the account should I wish to, which incurs a $65 disconnection fee.
