Event

There will be maintenance in Exetel Melbourne Date Centre.
A new equipment will be installed to share the current load.
Some circuits will be re-arranged in order to improve load-balancing.

Impact

All VIC and TAS services will be experiencing a few times of outage during the scheduled window.
All work is expected to be completed by 7:00AM.

Start: 02:00AM
Finsh: 07:00AM

Just out of curiosity whats being installed? A new LNS router?

Fot those who have connectivity problem, please reboot your MODEM/Router.
If you still have problem after rebooting, please contact residential support.

I think you should have said this in the email, as many people aren't aware this is often needed after such work. ( actually you would have needed to leave it off for the usual 15min - just rebooting didn't work for me at least)

Is this maintenance still affecting speed/service? I have very limited connectitvity at the moment. Exetel site/forum seems OK but almost everything from anywhere is a problem.
