Change to new NF/21NOTEL - question

I know there are similar threads around, but I just need confirmation on two things before I change plan
Currently on 6 months old NAK2A plan (6GB peak/ 60GB Off-Peak/ 100 Free Calls VOIP etc)
Considering Changing to new NF/21NOTEL -

1) Members page -> Change plan shows 0GB as Off-Peak , whereas website says "No Charge" ? which is correct ?
So is it actually "Un-metered Off-Peak " on this plan ??

2) VOIP - I pay what I use for and no more 100 Free calls , but I still can use it (so becomes Post-Paid)
or are there any min. monthly charge for it ?

Please confirm asap, so I change from 1st Nov.

Ok I guess the "No Charge" option is clarified by reading other threads .
Can someone let me know my assumption on VOIP is correct i.e no min. monthly charge , you pay for what you use ??

"Post VoIP 0 " plan shows "$0.00"as the monthly minimum, so there would be no monthly charge according to the web site http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_planA.php
