Hi,
I am currently on
Plan Type: INCPHONE A
Monthly Access Charge: $65.00
Peak Download Limit (Mbyte): 18000
OffPeak Download Limit (Mbyte): 54000
Initial Contract End Date: 2009-01-03 (Contract ended).
and I am considering moving to NF/22INCTEL, same price of $65.00, but more download 25 gbytes/60 gbytes, and better off-peak from 12am-12pm.
1. Are there any fees for this plan change?
2. My contract ended. Do I enter into a new contract?
3. Will I get disconnected for a certain amount of time?
Thank you for your help.

Re: Plan change from INCPHONE A to NF/22INCTEL Questions
I can't see that wensu is Exetel staff either. But the response is indeed correct because the infrastructure is unchanged; it is simply an administrative billing and quota change and not a new ADSL2+ provisioning.
netsurfer, for additional confidence in the response, there are a similar ones at http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 12#p257912 and http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 37#p258837 posted by JasonM, dealing with old Naked to new NF No Tel plans who is Exetel staff and I have posted many similar responses such as http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 22#p259522
