Hi,
I requested a change from NF/22INCTEL to NF/21INCTEL last month and today my plan was activated properly.
Also, last Thursday I sent an email to residentaisupport@exetel.com.au and asked for removal of shaping for both peak and off-peak periods. Now, I can see that shaping is still active for the peak period.

Monthly Access Charge: $55.00
Peak Download Limit (Mbyte): 5000
Peak Period Option: 12:00pm - 12:00am
Excess Downloads per Gbyte: $6.00
OffPeak Download Limit (Mbyte): No Charge
OffPeak Excess Downloads per Gbyte: N/A
Service Line Speed: 18000/900
Should I wait longer? or should I send another email?

If this is a copy and paste of the email address you used, you're missing the "l" in residential. That might explain things, but if you received an automated reply from your email of last week, then I'd say it's still in progress - reply to the automated email and someone should follow it up.netsurfer wrote: . . .
