Unplanned outage NSW 13/09/2010.

Event

Outage to NSW IP tranist services.

Impact

There will be degraded speeds to NSW IP transit services during this outage,
Some ADSL2 services from Nationally will be affected. There is no ETR for this.

Would this affect QLD users too? About 15mins ago every browser page I tried to refresh timed out. I managed to get facebook to open just then, but it dropped out almost immediately. I'm on the MYDE exchange. A ping test via User Facilities failed also. Thanks.

Update - Current ETR 2 hours.

A hardware card failure was found on our carriers device- an engineer has been dispatched to replace this.

Services have been restored. All services should be back to normal.
