Update

Issue is currently under investigation and no ETR at this stage.

The Issue is still currently being investigated. At the moment there is no ETR. As soon as we have an update, this forum post will be updated.

Update

Please note that the supplier has done some changes.
Replacement of the BRAS card has been Installed.

Customers required to power cycle the modem and check and confirm whether the services are still affected or not.
Outage status is still Open.
