Unplanned Outage 31st DEC 2012

Event

We are currently experiencing loss of connectivity on multiple device on the network.

Impact

Intermittent connectivity, service degredation will be experienced on all services on all states.

There is currently no ETR. We are investigating the issue.

All services were restored earlier today, bar services in ACT, these are expected to be restored shortly.

Update

Our engineer at the data-center in ACT confirmed that the LNS router is restored.

We can expect the services in ACT to be on tract.

for the services still experiencing issues, please power-cycle your routers / modems.

We have experienced some further issues in ACT, we are working through these issues.

Also we have found some issues in QLD that will require the device to be rebooted causing a 5 minute outage we will need to complete this at 6:30PM Sydney time AEDT.

We have restored services to ACT and QLD.

At the present time we are monitoring the stability of the network.
