Unplanned ADSL Outage - ACT - In Progress

Event Start Time: 17/10/2013 01:13 EST

Products Impacted : ADSL

Additional Information:
All ADSL customers in ACT will experience slow speed/packet loss issues.
Root cause has not yet been identified.

Number of Services Impacted : Unknown

ETR: No ETR at the moment

Update

This outage is still in progress.

Our supplier has advised us that they are working to restore the service. As a result most customers will experience loss of service on more than 2 occasions for about 20minutes.

Further updates will be provided once they are made available.

Connectivity have been lost for all connections. At the moment our Engineers are working along with our wholesale supplier team.

Next update will be in 1 hour.

Hi All,

One of our engineers will be at the site this evening with the required spares and in the mean time our wholesale career will be testing their cabling to be sure there is no issues on both sides.

Next update will be in an hour.

However the users might still experience packet loss issues and currently it is being investigated.
