Update

Root cause has been identified by the supplier as a Fibre-cut in Dickson, North of Canberra.

Technicians are on site and working.

Supplier is unable to provide us an ETR at the moment.

Outage is yet ongoing.

Currently the supplier is unable to provide an ETR regarding this concern.

Restored

Our supplier confirmed that the Fiber cut has been repaired at 8.15AM and all services should be restored now.
