- Issue is still being investigated.
- Root cause : Hardware Faliure
- ETR 05/01/2015 Close Of Business.

Update

Our wholesale supplier has confirmed that the outage has been resolved today at 4.09pm.

Root cause has been determined to be faulty hardware.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
