Supplier technicians are still working onsite.

Estimated time of resolution is currently 5:00PM as per our supplier.

Supplier technicians have restored power to the exchange and are still working onsite to restore all services.

No ETR available at this stage for restoration.

Update:

Supplier technicians have restored power to the exchange at around 9:00PM yesterday and has restored all services.

The issue is now resolved.
