As a result of the ongoing adverse weather conditions being experienced in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA our wholesale suppliers have advised us that there can be expected delays to the provisioning and fault restoration times. Consequently, as a result of this customer may at times experience some delays getting through to our staff. Exetel is working with its wholesale suppliers to expedite orders and faults as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience during this time.
