Unplanned Outage - Exetel Services, Australia wide

Event Start Time : 21/08/2015 09:43 AEST

Event End Time : Ongoing

Products Impacted:Exetel VOIP services, DNS, Some Internet services & Main website, Australia wide.

Root cause: Network issue which is under investigation.

ETR: Not available at the moment.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

UPDATE

The issue is partially rectified. The DNS servers are up and running now.

UPDATE

The issue is partially rectified. Most services are working now except the outgoing calls on VOIP services.

All services are currently restored. We are still waiting for the formal confirmation.
