Event Start Time: 25/02/2016 3.00 PM AEDT

Products Impacted: Fibre services

Additional Information: Some services in NSW may experience connectivity issues

Root cause still being investigated. Fault raised to Suppliers.

Event Notification

Optus has identified the issue on a hardware located at a Data centre in Alexandria. Engineers will shortly be dispatched to resolve the issue.
