Update

TPG contractors are installing the MDF cables and Power to our suppliers rack in the Hut while still on site at Erskine park (Staging site).

It is expected that the huts should be on site at Parklea later this week.

No final ETR has been advised.

Supplier has been advised that the 3rd party provider continues to progress with the rebuild of the Parklea exchange. There is no timeframe available yet for the completion of this work.

The 3rd party provider has advised that the temporary structures have been delivered to the Parklea site. Temporary entry and power is currently being progressed. The installation of equipment, internal cabling and power system works is expected to continue this week and possibly next. This will be followed by the installation of street cabling in preparation for the cutover of services onto the new exchange.

An ETR for total service restoration is unavailable.

Supplier has been advised that the 3rd party provider continues to progress with the rebuild of the Parklea exchange. There is no timeframe available yet for the completion of this work.

The 3rd party provider has advised that the DC power system is expected to be commissioned this week. Supplier has provided the design for the fibre path and is currently awaiting the quote for the works from the 3rd party provider to be provided for approval. The hauling of the fibre cable is expected to occur next week and may be impacted by a NSW Football notice advising that Valentine Park has scheduled events during the school holidays. The events are expected to cause inconvenience with access for staff working on rebuilding the Parklea exchange. The copper relocation and integration is expected to commence after the fibre hauling work has been completed. No firm ETR has been provided by the 3rd party provider for service restoration.

An ETR for total service restoration is unavailable.

Final mains power install is expected to be completed by the end of 21/07/2017 which will provide the power requirements for the exchange. Fibre installation work is ongoing with no ETR for completion available. Cable installation to the MDF has commenced and is ongoing. Copper cut-overs have not commenced and no ETR has been provided for this work.

AAPT/TPG is still awaiting for details from the 3rd Party Provider around the DC power system availability. Final mains power install is expected to be completed by the end of 21/07/2017 which will provide the power requirements for the exchange. The 3rd Party Provider has advised there is still ongoing work on their Fibre cable tray path (from the manhole to the huts), no ETR is available. AAPT/TPG focus will now shift to the installation of the replacement TPG Fibre cable. Copper cut-overs have not commenced and no ETR has been provided for this work.

An ETR for total service restoration is unavailable.

Supplier has been advised that the 3rd party provider continues to progress with the rebuild of the Parklea exchange. There is no timeframe available yet for the completion of this work.

The 3rd party provider has completed the final Power installation work. AAPT/TPG fibre installation work is expected to be completed by 02/08/2017. The splicing of the fibre at the exchange has been delayed by the 3rd party provider due to copper cabling works and to avoid potential damage to the fibre cable. The 3rd party provider has advised that the connection of copper based services is expected to commence on 07/08/2017 and is dependent on the coordination with other carriers. No firm ETR has been provided by the 3rd party provider for service restoration.

Supplier has been advised that the 3rd party provider continues to progress with the rebuild of the Parklea exchange. The work is nearing completion and no firm ETR is currently available.

Supplier fibre has been installed and equipment commissioned. The 3rd party provider is progressing with final transmission acceptance testing. Service record details have been reviewed and confirmed for migration. The 3rd party provider has determined the cable order of the 11 main cables to be migrated which is expected to commence later this week. Supplier's NOC resources will monitor the ports as services are migrated. Customer services are expected to gradually restore as the 3rd party provider works through the main cable migration work.

No firm ETR has been provided by the 3rd party provider for the completion of the main cable migrations.

The Wholesale Supplier has advised that the 3rd party provider continues to progress with the rebuild of the Parklea exchange. The work is nearing completion and no firm ETR is currently available.

The 3rd party provider has confirmed that four of the 11 main cables have been completed. It is anticipated that work on the remaining cables will continue to see some services restore. No firm ETR is available for the completion of the remaining cables or the timing of when individual services will restore.

The 3rd party provider has confirmed that seven of the 11 main cables have been completed. It is anticipated that work on the remaining cables will continue to see services restore. Four cables remain and work to complete the cutovers is ongoing with no firm ETR.

The 3rd party provider has confirmed that the remaining four main cables continue to be worked on. Two main cables (2000 pairs) have been confirmed to be 20% and 50% completed. The work is ongoing and no firm ETR has been provided on the completion of the remaining copper cut overs.

The Wholesale Supplier has been advised that the 3rd party provider has completed the maintenance of the Parklea exchange and the outage has been successfully restored.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
