NSW Browsing issues - Multiple Suburbs

Post by Nathanael S » Tue Jun 13, 2017 4:50 pm

We are currently receiving reports of some customers in NSW experiencing browsing issues, with their ADSL services.

We are currently investigating these cases with our suppliers to obtain a confirmation on the issue and there-on a prompt resolution.

Kindly await updates on the progress of the above mentioned service difficulty.

Update

The browsing issue is still being investigated by both Exetel engineers and our wholesale supplier engineers. Currently we do not have any progressive updates or an ETR of when this will be resolved.

However we are working round the clock to get this issue fixed as fast as possible.

An ETR for total service restoration is unavailable. Updates will be posted here when available

Update

Our wholesale supplier was able to identify faulty equiptment to be the root cause of the issue and has replaced it.

Most customers have confirmed the serivic is working. For those who still experience browsing issues please turn off your devices, turn them back on and check your serv ice.
