Event Start : 03-11-2017

Products Impacted: ADSL

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience slow throughput issues.

Root cause : Unknown

Estimated Resolution : No Estimated Time of Resolution

Once the outage has been restored kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

ETR (Estimated time of resolution): Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an ETR. Our supplier network engineers are actively working on the issue.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
