The supplier confirms that the Outage is due to a Fibre break at Northborne Ave in Canberra, supplier technicians are already on site to carry out splicing.

Estimated Time of Restoration : The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

Locations Affected : In addition to ACT, the Goulburn suburb in NSW is also affected by this Outage.

The supplier confirmed that they are still working on the fibre link and the technicians are still on site.

The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

Locations Affected : In addition to ACT, the Goulburn suburb in NSW is also affected by this Outage.

The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

The supplier confirmed that they are still working on the Fibre link and are awaiting for further instructions from their Fibre and Field Teams. There is also a suspected power issue affecting this link. Further investigation is underway by the supplier to provide a fix.

The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

The Wholesale Supplier advises that the Technician assigned to the job is expected to reach the site by 02:00 PM - 03:00 PM local time. This may be subject to change depending on traffic conditions.

The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration for the outage itself at this time.

The Outage is still ongoing. The supplier has confirmed that a Transmission Card needs to be replaced as part of the ongoing effort to rectify the Outage, and a site technician visit is being arranged to carry this out.

The supplier is unfortunately unable to provide us with an Estimate Time of Restoration at this stage.

The supplier has applied a temporary fix for this outage and we can see the connections are online and connected.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.

The supplier is working on a permanent fix but there no Estimate Time of Restoration.
