Unplanned ADSL Network Outage - Multiple Suburbs , QLD

Location Affected: Multiple Suburbs , QLD

Event Start : 01 -07-2018

Products Impacted: ADSL

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

Root cause : Power Failure at the Exchange

Estimated Resolution : No Estimated Time of Resolution

Once the outage has been restored kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.

Exetel apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

Our supplier is currently unable to provide an estimated restoration time.

Exetel do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
