Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience a loss of connectivity

Root cause : Still under investigation

Our supplier could not provide an estimated time of restoration as of yet.

The outage is still going on.

Our supplier could not provide an estimated time of restoration as of yet. However our wholesale supplier confirmed that the technicians are on the site to fix the issue.

Root Cause : Still under the investigation.

Root Cause : Hardware Failure. The supplier has confirmed that there is an issue with the link Transmission card and they are working on a fix and the technicians are on site.

Estimated time of Resolution: Our supplier could not provide an estimated time of restoration as of yet.

Root Cause : Hardware Failure. The supplier technicians are in the process of replacing the Network Transmission card, to get the outage restored as soon as possible.

Estimated time of Resolution: Due to the complexity of the work, Our supplier could not provide an estimated time of restoration as of yet.

Root Cause : Replacement of the network transmission card failed to restore the outage and hence a different network transmission card will be installed as soon as a part is made available.

Update

Our Supplier has informed that the replacement of the card did not clear out the alarms and this card too will be replaced. They have not provided an ETA on when this will be done.

They have also not confirmed that the outage has been restored but most of the affected services are currently online.

Update

The supplier has advised that they still can notice the alarm thus they have to replace the card again. They have not provided an ETA on when this will be done.

In addition to that, they have arranged a planned event to be completed tonight.

However, most of the services have become online but the outage is still ongoing.

Update

The supplier has advised that the new cards have arrived. And they will conduct the scheduled maintenance tonight during the 11pm - 6am.

There are some additional service interruptions expected during the maintenance window.

Our supplier has advised that the Tech has replaced the other card but still seeing alarms on the service.

However, most of the services are currently online.

Kindly power cycle the modem/router and test the service.
