Event Start Time: 17/12/2018

Products Impacted :
Fibre

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience intermittent connectivity issues ( High latency issues around 80-100ms (degradation) )

Root cause : Still under investigation

Estimated Resolution : The Wholesale supplier is unable to provide an estimated time of Resolution at the moment

Update

The Wholesale Supplier has replaced faulty network equipment and we are awaiting confirmation that the issues have been resolved.

Kindly Power cycle your modem/router and check if issues persist.
