Unplanned Fibre Network Outage - All States

Locations Affected: All State

Event Start Time: 21/12/2018

Products Impacted :
Fibre

Additional Information:
The supplier is having an outage in all state for the newly activated services. The most of the new customers will experience authentication issue

Root cause :
The supplier is unable to confirm the root cause at this stage

Estimated Resolution : No Estimated Time of Resolution has been provided at this stage

The Wholesale supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution at this stage.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution at this stage.

Update:

Our wholesale supplier stated that a network card has been replaced to resolve this issue. The fault is still not fully restored however we can see some services are coming online.
