Additional Information : Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connection issues

Root cause : Still under investigation

Estimated Time of Resolution : The Wholesale Supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

Supplier technicians are on the field identifying the root cause

Due to the complexity of the work our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

Root cause: Further testing has confirmed optic Fibre damage approximately 5.4 kms from Civic Exchange. The fibre repair crew has been engaged to restore the service

Due to the complexity of the work our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution

Our supplier advises that the outage has been successfully restored.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
