Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

ETR : The supplier is unable to provide us with an ETR at this stage

Root cause : Still under investigation

Outage is still ongoing.

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Exetel do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The Outage has been restored by the Wholesale Supplier.

Kindly Power cycle your modem/router and check if issues persist.
