Update:

The supplier has identified the outage is due to a damaged cable. The work has started to laid a new cable on site.

We will update once the new information is available.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:

The supplier has identified the outage is due to a damaged cable. The technicians are in the middle of working on the new fibre cable.

Due to the complexity of the work, the Wholesale Supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

Kindly power cycle your modem/router and test the service if issues persist.
