Location Affected: Arcadia and Officer suburbs, VIC

Start time of event: 05/02/2019

Products Impacted: Fibre

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues

Estimated Time of Restoration: The supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage

Root cause: The root cause is unknown at this stage

Update

Outage is still ongoing.

Root cause: The root cause is identified as a fibre damage

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Update:

Most of the reported services are now online.

We are still following up with the Wholesale Supplier for confirmation.

Please power cycle your modem / router and check if issues persist. Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service if issues still persist.
