Root cause : Still under Investigation

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Root Cause: Faulty equipment

Exetel apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

Our supplier advises that the outage has been successfully restored.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
