Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area may experience a complete disruption on the connection.

Root cause : Still being investigated.

Estimated Resolution : Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.

The reported outage has been resolved and the permanent fixes will be applied during 00:00 to 03:00 on 25th March 2019.

The service will experience a disruption between the given time frame.
