Update:
The Wholesale Supplier has dispatched field technicians to site of suspected Fibre cut.
We will follow up further and post the latest update as soon as it is received.

Update:
Technicians have reached the fault location and currently working on the fault. As per investigation, a Post hole borer has gone through multiple conduits, damaging multiple cables. The supplier is organizing machinery to open damage are. A new fiber cable has been organized to the location as well.
Due to the complexity of the fault, the supplier is unable to provide any exact time of restoration.
