Estimated Resolution : 11/04/2019 before Close of Business

Root Cause : The root cause is still under investigation by the Wholesale Supplier's Network Engineers

Additional Information : Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience no connectivity issues

The supplier has advised the root cause is still under investigation.

The estimated restoration time remains as 11/04/2019 before Close of Business.

The supplier has advised the technicians are on site currently.

The estimated restoration time remains as 11/04/2019 before Close of Business.

Our wholesale supplier has confirmed that outage has been resolved.

Kindly powercycle your modem/router if issues still persist.
