Estimated Resolution : We are unable to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Root cause : Still under investigation

Additional Information : Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

Root cause: Supplier technicians have identified a potential fibre break 5.5kms out of Rochedale Exchange. Fibre technician has identified broken aerial fibre across School Rd and Miles Platting Rd in Eight Mile Plains QLD. The damage is being assessed and an action plan to repair is being prepared.

Estimated time of resolution: Due to the complexity of the work our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

The supplier advised that the fibre team is currently on site and one end of cable has been hauled and prepping has begun. Team expecting to start splicing work in approx. 2 hours.

Our supplier advises that the outage has been restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/router and test the service.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience caused in this regard.
