Supplier Investigations suspect optic fiber cable damage in Urunga (NSW).

The fibre repair crew are being fast tracked to site.

The wholesale supplier advises the outage is still ongoing.

Root cause : Fibre break
Fibre splicing is currently underway.

Estimated Resolution : Supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Our supplier advises that the outage has been restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/router and test the service.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience caused in this regard.

The fix applied by the supplier has been unsuccessful in fully rectifying the outage. The fault is being further investigated in order to provide a proper resolution.
