Corporate Service Outage – Selected Telstra Fibre Services - NSW

Location Affected: Multiple Suburbs NSW

Event Start Time: 20/06/2019 7.30 AM AEST

Products Impacted : Some Fibre services in NSW

Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area will experience slow speeds, packet loss and latency.

Root cause : Still being investigated.

We are not able to provide an estimated time of resolution yet.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
