Products Impacted : Fibre

Supplier: Optus NBN

Event Start Time: 19/07/2019 17:30 PM AEST

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) : The ETR is unfortunately unavailable at this stage

Root cause : The root cause is unfortunately unavailable at this stage

Additional Information : Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience a total loss of connectivity

Update

Our wholesale supplier has advised they have arranged a fix for the service disruption and we can see most of the services are online now.

Please power cycle your modem / router and check if issues persist.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
