Root cause :
Still under investigation by Exetel hosting team.

Additional Information:
Most customers who is using Exemail email address will experience issues when receiving emails. Our hosting team is currently working on a bulk fix

Please be advised that the email receiving issue is still ongoing

Our Hosted team is working on a resolution currently

However they are unable to provide an Estimated time of resolution at this stage.
