Root cause : Still being investigated.

Estimated Resolution : Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.

Root cause : Our supplier has identified a hardware failure and their technicians are currently investigating the matter.

Estimated Resolution : Our supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.

Estimated Resolution : Replacement transmission card is being arranged. Our supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.
