Locations Affected: Springvale, Dandenong (Metro village) and Clyde North (Meridian), VIC

Products Impacted: Fibre

Supplier: Redtrain

Event Start Time: 08/07/2020 00.00 AEST

Estimated Time of Resolution: We are unable to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage.

Root cause: Still under investigation.

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience a loss of connectivity.
