Unplanned Exetel Outage - Monitoring Tool Down (Corporate Services)

Event Notification.

Locations Affected: All Island

Products Impacted: All Exetel corporate customers.

Estimated Resolution: ETR is not provided at the moment, however our Engineers are working on the issue to get fixed.

Additional Information: One of our monitoring server went down due to hard disk failure from on-premise server. Therefore corporate customers won't be able to monitor live usage record.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience that will cause.

Update
Exetel engineers partially restored Tool's services.

Estimated Resolution : We are still unable to provide an estimated time of resolution. Exetel team continues to work to fully restore this service as soon as possible.

Update:

Issues with the monitoring tool have been resolved. Bandwidth usage and data usage can be checked now.
